Rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me during a legitimate complaint. Not the level of service I would expect. Extremely disappointed

Just as it describes itself, this is the epitome of an old English pub but for us, it lacked atmosphere. The pub was quite empty and unfortunately there was a rather loud male chatting incessantly to the bar man at a very loud volume. We almost felt like we were intruding in a private meeting. It&#39;s quite quirky inside with ample seating and a number of separate rooms, including an outside area. We noted that they were strictly adhering to the COVID requirements which was reassuring. They have quite a decent range of beers which was nice but we didn&#39;t feel an urge to linger. We didn&#39;t eat here but did notice that the menu is full of the usual pub staples, ie., everything with chips! It&#39;s nice enough but not a pub we would visit again, it just lacked something.

Authentic Italian Restaurant tucked away in the heart of Richmond. Limited food menu, but a good wine list. A bit on the pricy side all things considered (smaller potions, tired facilities).

Visited this place with a friend and colleague, just because it was right next to our hotel. The menu seemed quite interesting with an interesting variety. I am guessing that the local pies might be a highlight, but we didn&#39;t take any. The house nachos were rather good in terms of sauce selection, but not as warm as they ought to be. We ordered the house&#39;s fish and chips. Delicious but very dry and the mush wasn&#39;t as fluffy as it should be. A good selection of beers and drinks overall and the place inside is really cozy and family like. There is an air of old British Inn which is really welcoming and warm. Overall a pleasant night out, but nothing extraordinary.

Amazing! from the welcome, the service, the food was amazing (we had the set menu) especially the king prawns and pad Thai! Strongly recommend a visit to this beautifully and tastefully decorated restaurant. Can&#39;t wait to go back!

The best of pot of tea I&rsquo;ve ever been served with! Surprised to find the restaurant as small as it is - but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in taste and atmosphere! Our food was delicious, wholesome and beautifully presented. Will definitely return when in the area.
